Day 1 - 2

Day 3 - 5

Cross the Dardanelles Strait by ferry.

Continue to ancient Troy and overnight in Çanakkale or nearby.

When is the best time to visit Turkey?

April–June and September–October offer warm, comfortable weather for Istanbul and the Aegean sites without peak-summer heat. We run this journey year-round and tailor it to your preferred travel window.

What is included in the Turkey Expedition package?

Packages are priced per person and include lodging with breakfast, ground transportation, guided tours, and the activities listed in the itinerary. International flights and travel insurance are not included but can be arranged on request.

How much walking should I expect?

A moderate amount, including walking through Ephesus and over the Pamukkale terraces on uneven ground. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.

Can the itinerary be customized?

Yes. We can adjust the pace, hotels, and excursions and add extensions such as Cappadocia. Contact us for a quote tailored to your group.

What documents do I need to enter Turkey?

A passport valid at least six months beyond your departure date. Entry requirements for U.S. citizens have changed recently — confirm current visa/e-visa rules before you travel; we are glad to help.
