How long does it take to receive a custom itinerary?
After the planning consultation, our team designs an itinerary tailored to your destination, group size, and preferences. Timelines vary by trip complexity and time of year — your consultant will share a clear delivery window during the consultation.
Is there a cost to submit the form?
No. Submitting the form is free, and the initial conversation with a LABUSA Travel consultant is complimentary. Any planning or service fees are disclosed in your itinerary before you commit.
Can LABUSA Travel plan trips outside Africa?
Yes. While LABUSA Travel specializes in heritage-driven Africa and Diaspora reconnection journeys, our consultants also design custom itineraries to Europe, the Caribbean, the Americas, the Middle East, Asia, and Oceania.
How far in advance should I plan a trip?
We recommend submitting your request at least 4 to 6 months ahead of your preferred travel dates. International and group itineraries benefit most from 6 to 12 months of lead time to secure preferred flights, accommodations, and experiences.
