Travel Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to drive revenue through group travel bookings, expand our client base, and build lasting relationships with travel professionals across a designated territory.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue geographic expansion and new B2B growth opportunities.
- Promote LABUSA Travel services and brand within your territory, including in-person presentations and trade show attendance.
- Generate new accounts while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships to exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute field sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
- Represent LABUSA at client and industry events, manage booths, and deliver presentations.
- Manage and retain clients with a strong focus on year-over-year revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for prospecting, tracking, and data-driven sales strategy.
- Maintain the highest standards of professional communication and client interaction.
- Prepare weekly sales activity and monthly expense reports.
- Actively engage Travel Advisors to secure group business.
- Meet or exceed established KPIs and performance benchmarks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of B2B travel industry sales experience
- Strong existing network of Travel Advisors
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or comparable tools
- Willingness to travel for trade shows and client engagement
- Remote-capable setup with reliable connectivity
- Ability to travel internationally as needed
Preferred
- Experience in group, faith-based, educational, or diaspora travel
- Familiarity with GDS platforms or travel booking systems
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus
- Background managing high-value account portfolios
