We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to drive revenue through group travel bookings, expand our client base, and build lasting relationships with travel professionals across a designated territory.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue geographic expansion and new B2B growth opportunities.
  • Promote LABUSA Travel services and brand within your territory, including in-person presentations and trade show attendance.
  • Generate new accounts while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships to exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute field sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
  • Represent LABUSA at client and industry events, manage booths, and deliver presentations.
  • Manage and retain clients with a strong focus on year-over-year revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM for prospecting, tracking, and data-driven sales strategy.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professional communication and client interaction.
  • Prepare weekly sales activity and monthly expense reports.
  • Actively engage Travel Advisors to secure group business.
  • Meet or exceed established KPIs and performance benchmarks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of B2B travel industry sales experience
  • Strong existing network of Travel Advisors
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or comparable tools
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows and client engagement
  • Remote-capable setup with reliable connectivity
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed

Preferred

  • Experience in group, faith-based, educational, or diaspora travel
  • Familiarity with GDS platforms or travel booking systems
  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus
  • Background managing high-value account portfolios
