- Cancellation: (Oct. 1) Last day to cancel for a refund without insurance.
- Meeting: (Oct. 25) General Information Session via video conference call.
- Vaccination: (Nov. 1) Visit a travel doctor and complete vaccinations.
- Visas: (Nov. 28) Apply for travel visas.
- RSVP: (Dec.1) Last day to reserve your spot and register travelers.
- STEP: (Dec.12) Enroll in U.S. Department of State — Smart Traveler Program (STEP).
- Meeting: (Dec. 20) General Information Session via video conference call.
- Meeting: (Jan. 3) Pre-flight group meeting via video call to address questions and open issues.
