Job Overview

LABUSA Travel is seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Travel Advisor (TA) with experience in travel management. The TA will work closely with clients to understand their preferences and requirements, designing personalized travel itineraries that align with their expectations. This role involves managing all aspects of travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodations, activities, dining reservations, and business meetings.

A successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, a passion for travel, and a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and manage clients’ travel preferences, requirements, and budgets.
  • Research and recommend travel tours, venues, and attractions.
  • Negotiate and book flights, hotels, tours, and activities.
  • Create customized travel itineraries, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with travel vendors and partners to ensure seamless arrangements.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the planning and travel process.
  • Address and resolve any travel disruptions or unforeseen issues.
  • Stay up to date with travel trends, safety guidelines, and emerging industry developments.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with travel vendors, partners, and industry contacts.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Degree or certification in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing group or business travel.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Passion for travel and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
