JW Marriott Opens Second Property in Kenya
Marriott’s W Hotels has opened its latest property, the W Costa Navarino, marking its debut in Greece. This luxurious hotel spans 32 acres along the Bay of Navarino, offering 1,500 feet of shoreline overlooking the Ionian Sea.
The property is designed exclusively for adults and “young adults” aged over 12, emphasizing creativity, individuality, and freedom of expression.
Accommodation options include standard guestrooms, suites, and villas, all featuring décor inspired by Greek artisans with neutral tones and vibrant accents. Room choices range from the Wonderful guest room with a marina view and balcony, to the Fabulous Infinity Swim Up with direct pool access, to the WOW Infinity three-bedroom villas boasting private pools.
Culinary offerings at W Costa Navarino include Platia, a Greek food market offering grab-and-go options like The Café for coffee, the Deli Store for light bites, the Bakery, and the open-style kitchen at the Cookery.
For dining, Between offers raw food specialties like oysters and caviar, while Parelia is a beach club serving Greek Mediterranean cuisine, cocktails, and hosting DJs throughout the day.
The hotel’s nightlife includes The Escape, a nightclub featuring international and local DJs playing house, disco, and tribal music. W Lounge within The Escape offers a globally inspired menu and a variety of cocktails.
